In this premiere episode, we join the Scout and the Medic as they wake from hypersleep and take their first tentative steps into the dark, failing corridors of the ship. We cover Turns 1 and 2, and the situation deteriorates rapidly. Between a heavy bulkhead trapping the Scout in Surgery and the Medic wading through a slimed Evacuation Section B, the ship's automated countdown is quickly becoming the least of their worries. By the end of the Event Phase, the hive is fully awake. A New Way to Play: This isn't just a standard rules rundown. I am leaning heavily into the story, bringing the tension of the board state to life with atmospheric narration, custom graphics, and immersive sound effects.
