Help for Tongaat where 50 000 people have had no drinking water for 60 days and counting

Thank you to The Dischem Foundation and The King's School West Rand who raised funds to help the people of Tongaat. HEF delivered water, food and sanitary packs to The Haven of Rest who helped facilitate the distribution to the community. The Haven of Rest is a multi faceted NPO and runs an orphanage, hospice, frail care, kidney and dialysis centre, a halfway house and more. This NPO has helped the Tongaat community with over 1 million litres of water. With a borehole on the property, they are looking for a sponsor to help with a filtration solution.
