How to make Irani Chai

Today, I'm sharing my special Irani chai recipe. Give it a try and tell me what you think! Ingredients: 100g Darjeeling long leaf tea (Lipton) 250g Yellow label tea (Lipton) 250g Taj Mahal tea Mix all the teas together and store in a bottle. For the tea: 250ml water 2 tablespoons of tea mixture 1/4 cup of milk Method: 1. Boil the water. 2. Turn off the heat, add the tea mixture, and let it sit for 4 minutes. 3. Boil the milk in a separate vessel. 4. Add the tea decoction to the milk as needed. 5. Add sugar to taste, and enjoy your tea!
