Cooking For My Korean Dad (breakfast, lunch, and dinner)

In a pot, heat up your chicken bone broth and soy sauce 2. While the broth comes to a boil, chop your bok choy into smaller pieces 3. When your broth comes to a boil, add in your oats and bok choy 4. Stir until it thickens 5. When it becomes a good consistency, add in oyster sauce to season 6. Serve with chili oil and a hard boiled egg ❏ CHICKEN AVOCADO WRAP ❏ ◦ INGREDIENTS ◦ ➥ 1 tortilla ➥ 1 tsp of mustard ➥ 2 leaves of lettuce ➥ 1 tsp of mayo ➥ 1/2 avocado ➥ tomato ➥ red onion ➥ chicken breast ➥ salt ➥ baby carrots ➥ hummus ◦ INSTRUCTIONS ◦ 1. On your tortilla, spread mayo and mustard 2. Next place your lettuce, tomato slices, red onion, chicken breast and avocado 3. Season with salt and pepper and wrap up 4. Serve with some baby carrots and hummus Tip: Have some toothpicks handy to hold your wrap together ❏ SNACK ❏ ➥ rice cakes ➥ taramasalata ➥ cherry tomatoes ❏ SIRLOIN VEGGIE STIR FRY ❏ ◦ INGREDIENTS ◦ ➥ 1/2 of onion ➥ 1 green pepper ➥ 1/2 of zucchini ➥ 1/2 lb of sirloin steak tips ➥ 1 tsp olive oil ➥ 1 tsp minced garlic ➥ 1 tbsp of soy sauce ➥ 1 tsp agave ➥ 1/4 of broccoli ➥ salt ➥ pepper ➥ onion powder ➥ 1 cup of rice ◦ INSTRUCTIONS ◦ 1. Prep all your veggies by chopping 2. Cut your meat into bite size pieces and evenly 3. In a fry pan, heat up the pan with olive and oil and cook your onions, bell pepper, zucchini, and minced garlic 4. While the veggies are cooking, season your meat with onion powder, salt, and pepper 5. When your veggies are about halfway cooked, set them aside 6. Heat up a skillet with olive oil and cook your sirloin 7. When the meat is about 70% cooked, add in your halfway cooked veggies into the same skillet 8. Then add some soy sauce, agave, and oyster sauce to the medley and cooked through 9. Add in your steamed broccoli 10.
