OTR 988 Ball Pen Fluid review & bleed through test

ON The Run has taken the ball point pen fluid and got it ready for making instant ink! No more chopping up a hundred pens and soaking them anymore! This is still one on the very first kind of graffiti videos available on YouTube but we will do it again. I will be making 3 different colors of 3 different consistency’s putting them into mops testing them on different surfaces, but make sure you watch to the end because we will also be doing a bleed through test with roller paint over the inks.
