I believe this to be from the VHS copy of "The Queen's Nose: Volume 1" Which I think is an edited down series 1 combined together. It was uploaded to Archive.org and I have remastered it and upscaled it to 720p Harmony Parker, a twelve-year-old girl who loves animals, receives a magical 50 pence coin from her Uncle Ginger that can grant wishes when Queen Elizabeth II's nose is rubbed.
