Add salt and 1 tbsp oil. Add the pasta and cook until al dente (8–10 minutes). Reserve ½ cup of the pasta water before draining. Rinse the pasta with cold water to stop cooking and prevent sticking. Heat ghee or butter in a pan. Sauté onions and green chili until lightly golden. Add capsicum and cook for 2 minutes. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft. Add pasta masala (or ketchup + chili sauce if preferred). Pour in the reserved pasta water and mix well. Add the boiled pasta and toss until every piece is coated.
