Watch Me Kitbash a SICK Robot from Gunpla + Warhammer Bits

I turned a sci-fi Gunpla kit into a science-fantasy war machine using Warhammer 40K bits — and almost ruined the whole thing with a bad paint job. In this video, I kitbash a mech for my original world, blending a snap-fit Bandai kit with Thousand Sons and Knights bits from Warhammer 40K. I walk through cutting and cleaning up bits, using sprue goo and Milliput to fill gaps, scratch-building a curved sword and energy weapon, and building a simple sci-fi/fantasy terrain base with foam core, terrain paste, and real bark for stones. Then the paint job goes wrong. I show the failed color scheme, why I scrapped it, and how I rebuilt the palette around a dark navy base to match the Ishvaran story in my world.
