LEAVE A COMMENT :) Road to 100k subscribers Feel free to Donate! https://www.paypal.me/abbeybyfaith Ingredients (1 Large Bun) 2 Cups Malta or Dragon Stout 5 Cups Flour 1 &1/2 cups sugar 1/4 cup melted butter 2 Large Eggs 1 & 1/2 tbsp browning 1 tbsp Molasses 1 tbsp lime zest 1/2 cup guava jam 1 tbsp vanilla essence 1 tsp almond & rose water (optional) 1 tbsp baking powder 1 tsp salt 2 tsp grated nutmeg 2 tsp cinnamon powder 2 tsp mixed spice 1/4 cup raisins or 1/4 mix peels (optional) **For Glazed Top** Melted Butter/ Guava Jam This recipe makes 1 large loaf of Jamaican Spice Bun. Bake at 350 degree oven for up to 1 hour or until a tooth pick comes out clean when done baking.
