Thinking that they're finally in the clear after their exhausting ordeal with the rambunctious fraternity that used to live next door, Mac Radner (Seth Rogan) and his wife Kelly (Rose Byrne) are ready to sell their house. Unbeknownst to them, a new sorority has taken the place of the frat with the sole mission to party as much a possible. After an unsuccessful attempt to reason with their new neighbors, Mac and Kelly search for the best way to get through their escrow so that they can officially move on with their lives.
