POV: Greek-Style Burger Salad or a Proper Burger? 👌😊👍

Today’s video follows the full Burger Bar prep and lunch service from the chef’s point of view. 👌😊👍 I start with some of the cooking and preparation before service, then move onto building burgers during the lunch rush. Customers could choose a classic burger with all the usual toppings, or my lighter Greek-style burger salad, served with fresh salad, Mediterranean flavours and a burger without the bun.
