The Agoura modeling engine in the Line 6 Helix Stadium and Helix Stadium XL unleashes unprecedented realism, vast sound-crafting options and savvy workflow controls for the popular guitar processor line. The tonal power-up starts with 134 amp and 46 cabinet models, 274 effects models, 8” high-resolution touchscreen (full color), built-in expression pedal, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity, MIDI jacks (In and Out/Thru) and comprehensive I/O (USB, XLR, 1/4” and more). No wonder Helix Stadium is one of the most anticipated gear releases of late, reaping hundreds of thousands of YouTube views across multiple channels. The enormous sonic muscle in this box can be both inspirational and intimidating—which is why we’ve asked Dallas, Texas session guitarist, YouTube educator and Line 6 Product Specialist Tony Camponovo to break things down a bit and share his five top Helix Stadium XL tones. Spin the video to hear Camponovo’s sounds first hand, but here’s a preview … “All of the Agoura models are realistic and responsive,” says Camponovo. “Just listen to the super-clean US Double Black, which I dialed up with zero break up. It’s perfect for jazz or anything that needs to sound pristine, but you can still hear the tube warmth. When I want a little bit of grit, I set up the US Tweedman. It sounds clean if you play lightly, but you’ll notice a little hair when you dig in. With a little boost, it’s a perfect blues Tweed sound. For that Class A chime, I like the Essex TB30CC, which I spiced up with some slapback delay and a compressor for a more country sound. “One of my all-time favorite amp models is the Brit Plexi amp—classic British distortion. It’s an iconic amp for rhythm and soaring lead tones. If I want a lot of sustain and a tone that flies above the rest of the band, this is a go-to. Finally, the Revv 120 Purple is going to rip your head off. It’s a modern, high-gain and very aggressive tube amp. “As a working guitarist, the Line 6 Helix Stadium gives me so many valuable features. It sounds like the real thing when I’m playing with a band, it’s very intuitive and it's super easy to adjust different parameters. It just makes life as a guitarist so much easier.” Check out Yvette Young's Deep Dive into the Helix Stadium:    • Line 6 Helix Stadium XL | Deep Dive with Y...   Line 6 Announces the Helix Stadium Lineup:    • Line 6 Unveils New Helix Stadium and Stadi...   Follow Tony Camponovo:   / tony_camponovo   00:00 - Intro with Tony Camponovo 00:43 - US Double Black Amp Model: Pristine Clean 02:23 - US Tweedman Amp Model: A Bit of Grit 05:10 - Essex TB30CC Amp Model: Class-A Sparkle and Chime 06:37 - Brit Plexi Amp Model: Classic British Distortion 08:44 - Revv 120 Purple Amp Model: Modern High-Gain 11:09 - Tony's Thoughts on the Line 6 Helix Stadium 11:43 - Outro
