Garden Tour 🌿 A Client's Front Yard Garden in Late June

Join me for a garden tour of a client garden here in Portland, Oregon — Zone 8b/9a, same as my own. I've been working with this garden since 2021, and this summer I'm spending a lot more time here than I have before. This is a first look at the front garden, with a quick pass through part of the back — more to come as the season goes on. This garden gives me a chance to observe plants I don't grow at home, and to see some old favorites perform in a new setting — conditions here are very different from mine: heavy clay soil, dense shade under a high canopy of Deodar cedar and sequoia, and areas of full sun all within the same space.
