Born in Aquidauana and passionate about Campo Grande (my Mato Grosso do Sul), my starting point was always simple, but my ambition was never small. At 18, I chose aviation, and it chose me back. I completed my Private Pilot course in Campo Grande and, soon after, made the life-changing decision: to go to the United States to get my Commercial Pilot license. It wasn't glamorous. It was courage and sacrifice. And it was the best choice I ever made. Son of a civil police officer and a teacher, I learned from them what truly matters: character, discipline, and the chance to dream big. Before fully committing to aviation, I did everything: telemarketing for Oi (a Brazilian telecommunications company), selling loans, selling cattle feed, working as a supermarket cashier, delivering pizzas, and even as a construction worker. It wasn't shameful. It was a stepping stone. The world belongs to those who aren't afraid to work. Today, with more than a decade in the air, I carry in my baggage numbers that show that hard work pays off: • Thousands of logged flight hours • Dozens of aircraft transported and delivered in international operations • Multiple continents crossed and dozens of countries visited • Hundreds of thousands of kilometers flown around the world, operating the most diverse classes of aircraft The same determination of that boy from Aquidauana continues here. I'm not the guy who won because he had everything, I'm the guy who won because he never gave up on anything. And the best chapters of this story...
