This Could be the Best Upgrade for Your La Pavoni: the Bong Isolator for Temperature Control

In this video, we install a Bong Isolator from CoffeeSensor, which helps to alleviate the hot temperature of the brew group on La Pavoni espresso machines. In particular, the isolator blocks the steam at the top of the boiler from getting into the brew group, so that instead the brew group is warmed via the more tepid temperature of the water. This upgrade should help alleviate the issues of squelched espresso shots being extracted at too high of temperatures.
