Clamp 5–10 Parts at Once on a CNC Router (No Tape, No Screws)

Setting up small parts on a CNC router is honestly one of the biggest time sucks. You either: • screw parts down and risk hitting them • or mess around with tape and glue every single time I got tired of that, so I started making my own solution. In this video I’m machining the clamp rail system for the PGC GridPlate™ to hold parts down fast, repeatable, and without destroying tools or wasting time. The goal isn’t just to hold one part—it’s to scale this up so I can run 5–10 parts in one setup. This is the kind of stuff I’m building to turn my small garage shop into something that can actually produce parts and make money. Mission Statement I’m building a small garage shop into a real machine shop business with the goal of creating useful products, documenting the process, and eventually building something stable enough so my wife can stay home when we start a family.
