❄️ When the cold wind begins to blow, our home becomes the busiest place. To prepare for winter, we visited the fish market early in the morning. We returned with plenty of fresh fish and carefully dried them under the warm sun and gentle sea breeze. Using small fish called Magari, we made traditional Korean fermented fish (jeotgal). A precious food supply for the long winter ahead. Fresh fish for breakfast, and a warm seafood fish cake soup shared together for dinner. No big trips, no special events— just a simple day spent preparing, eating, and smiling together.
