starting medical school this year? summer holidays preparation + my med student essentials

So many of you have been asking me if there's anything you can do during summer/lockdown to prepare for your first year of medical school so here is my detailed answer! I must stress, you do not NEED to do any of these things before starting but I know a lot of you are just excited and interested and may want to have a look at some of the content you'll be studying.
