It all began in June 2024 when migrant workers working at the Pavlovsk poultry farm began to harass a local girl in a cafe while drunk. Having received a refusal, the migrant worker hit the girl in the face twice. The Pavlovsk guys stood up for her, after the fight, the migrant workers, shouting threats, ran away to their dorm, and Nikita Nogtev decided to catch up with them. Together with his friends, they came to this dorm. A friend had an airsoft gun - although it is a toy that shoots plastic balls, it is very similar to the real thing, and Nikita Nogtev picked up a drainpipe made of thin tin. They wreaked havoc in the dormitory, the police arrived, stopped everything and sent the drunk guys home to sleep it off. A couple of days later, Nikita Nogtev was invited to the police station to give evidence, arrested and placed in a pre-trial detention center. Nikita Nogtev himself and his family were outraged by the fact that no investigative actions were being carried out. The investigators, as we saw during the filming of the first story, were completely unfamiliar with the case, but continued to keep Nogtev in the pre-trial detention center month after month. As for the girl who was initially attacked by the migrant workers, the Pavlovsk police refused to open a case based on her statement. And the very same migrant worker who beat her continued to work quietly at the Pavlovsk poultry farm and live in this very dormitory. Moreover, Nogtev's defense asked the police investigator to question this girl so that the criminal case would at least indicate how the conflict began, but the Pavlovo police stated that they could not identify the girl and were considering the pogrom in the dormitory as a sudden hooligan intent, although, let us repeat, the Pavlovo police themselves refused to initiate a criminal case against the injured girl, and they had all the data on this girl. Another interesting detail - in the fall of 2024, FSB officers detained the head of the Pavlovsk police migration department, Alla Vershinina, on charges that she "hushed up" cases of violations by migrants working at Pavlovsk enterprises. But Nikitina Nogtev, arrested in the summer, continued to sit. Our story about this situation in the fall of 2024 caused such a strong resonance that the head of the Investigative Committee of Russia, Alexander Bastrykin, demanded that the case be transferred to the Investigative Committee. But the police refused to do this and literally in a few days carried out all the investigative actions that had been expected for 5 months, and sent the case to court. The migrant who beat the girl was fined 5,000 rubles and expelled from Russia. The police recorded 14 migrants as victims in the case. One of the migrant workers had a bruise on his shoulder, and almost all of them stated in court that they had no claims against Nogtev. And many of the migrants did not know about any pogrom at all, since they were asleep at the time, but when they learned about the pogrom they were scared, which allowed the Pavlovsk police investigator to record them as victims.
