Shaolin Podao | 少林朴刀:手握长柄,心定乾坤
Shi Yanhe is a monk at the Shaolin Temple. He came here to practice martial arts in 2011. Life in the temple seems uneventful, but in fact it's arduous and tedious. They get up at five in the morning, then train and pray – all day long. Podao has a wooden hilt and a steel blade. The long hilt needs to be held with both hands. The Shaolin Podao has eighteen moves emanating from sweeping, stabbing, lifting and hacking. Podao features a whirling hack, which seems unstoppable. It is a long weapon with great power. #Chinakungfu #十三亿分之一 Subscribe to us on YouTube: https://goo.gl/lP12gA Download our APP on Apple Store (iOS): https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/cctvn...
