NEW FACEBOOK PAGE - / backyardchefscasualkitchen NOTE: You have to answer all membership questions to join it's fully automated and accept group rules Ingredients Filling: 500g pork sausages (removed from casings) 1 large onion, finely diced 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 medium carrot, finely diced (optional, for extra moisture) 1 stalk celery, finely diced (optional) 1 tbsp fresh sage, finely chopped (or 1 tsp dried sage) 1 tsp dried thyme 2 tbsp breadcrumbs (or panko) 100ml chicken stock 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp mustard (Dijon or English) 1 egg, beaten (to bind) NOTE I used about 3/4 egg to bind and used the rest with some milk to wash Pie: 1 sheet shortcrust pastry (for the base) 1 sheet puff pastry (for the top) 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash) Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
