A slight camera perspective change, music cue or the saving icon may play when in range for stealth attack. The attack tracks and usually turns into a backstab/frontstab crit. Melee foes may try to block or dodge. Can repeat as often as needed until successful. The main pain point is getting too close and not letting the auto tracking do the work.
