Shijo-dori Street, closed to traffic, is bustling with energetic crowds and vibrant stalls. However, just one step into a side alley reveals a different world—a tranquil and charming space where beautifully illuminated "Yamaboko" floats stand peacefully, and the enchanting sound of Gion-bayashi music can be heard in the distance.
