The second part of our Peru journey begins with the most action-packed part—we travel to one of the world's greatest wonders and then explore the Andean landscapes. 🚆 We take a train to Machu Picchu—the journey itself is an adventure in itself. We reach the legendary Inca city, stroll through the grounds, point out various sights, and share our impressions of a place we've longed to see with our own eyes. 🏘 Afterward, we spend time in Aguas Calientes—a small town at the foot of Machu Picchu, where everything revolves around this place. 🏔 Then we return to Ollantaytambo and explore the Sacred Valley of the Incas. We see Moray—the unusual circular terraces—the salt terraces in Maras, and stop at an alpaca farm in Chinchero. 🦙 A separate day—a trip to Vinicunca Rainbow Mountain. An altitude of over 5,000 meters is a serious challenge: we'll show you what it feels like, what you'll encounter, and how the climb unfolds. 🌄 On our last day in Cusco, we'll visit a farm where you can see llamas, alpacas, guanacos, and vicuñas—and finally figure out how they differ. 🍽 Meanwhile, we'll continue our exploration of Peru through food—we'll talk about the local cuisine, products, and dishes that are truly worth trying. 📸 In this episode—Machu Picchu, mountains, altitude, a bit of extreme sports, and even more nature and culture.
