Learning Postural Restoration is difficult. But it's mostly difficult because we were taught a certain way prior to discovering PRI. As a trainer, all my certifications and study revolved around bones and muscles. The brain that coordinated all that muscular movement was an afterthought. And all the sensory input that the brain utilizes to make decisions about muscular output was never even discussed. PRI's introductory courses, Myokinematic Restoration, Postural Respiration, and Pelvis Restoration teaches about muscles and bones and patterns.
