The Wind Boy by Ethel Cook Eliot (out of print) Four French Holidays by Anne Hall: https://blackwells.co.uk/bookshop/pro... — WILD GARLIC PESTO RECIPE: Ingredients: 50g wild garlic leaves, well washed and patted dry 25g toasted pine nuts 25g freshly grated Parmesan cheese Juice of half a lemon 1- 2 Tbsps Extra Virgin Olive Oil Method: Blitz the first four ingredients in food processor, scraping down the sides until well blended.
