I'm using a previously installed app called Aurora. So I decided to get my equipment ready and head towards the red field on the Aurora app. I had to drive 35km away from my parking spot. I kept driving until I realized I was already outside the aurora's area. So I had to go back. And that's when I noticed it – my dream aurora. At first, the phenomenon subtly shimmered in the sky. After a while, I was even a little disappointed because it wasn't quite the effect I'd seen online. I waited a while longer and wasn't disappointed. Here it is in its full glory. The beautiful Northern Lights in the sky in Finland. I'm observing it with great curiosity and excitement and decided to record as many shots as possible for you. In fact, it's best seen through the viewfinder of my Sony A7S3 camera. I did a comparison by recording it with a high-end phone, and unfortunately, it's not the right equipment for such nighttime recording. The aurora began to dance and take on various interesting forms. At one point, it formed something like a giant tongue. At that point, I was completely satisfied with the entire spectacle. There were also moments when I didn't know where to look. So many beautiful views at once. The entire phenomenon lasted about an hour and a half, and I spent about five hours on the expedition, including searching for the aurora. I returned to the parking lot after midnight and filmed my igloo, which still needed a roof. See you on the road to Nordkapp. Enjoy!
