Find your track as a track builder ;-) We met Leo (19), who has decided to train as a track builder at Deutsche Bahn (DB Netz AG) in Cottbus. Together, we were able to practice a few work steps and activities on the track, and talk about his daily routine and his training. You can definitely tell that Leo is passionate about his work. Heavy equipment, a wide range of manual tasks, and diverse weather conditions are challenging, but working as a team can also be both a source of passion and fascination. I have enormous respect for the daily work that keeps the trains rolling.
