Fleckalm Trail (Full Run) - Kirchberg, Austria

The Fleckalmtrail is one of Tirols so called signature trails in Tirol and offers 1000 meters vertical drop on a length or roughly 7 km. No wonder it's one of my favorite trails, because it's not only that raw data, that sticks out. The trail is a joy to ride from top to bottom and it's challenging both technically but also physically. In addition to that you are rewarded with a fantastic view on the mountain range of the Wilder Kaiser. And the trails features something for everybody. High-Speed sections as well as steep technical rock gardens and roots. Luckily te trail was built as a very narrow single trail, which almost makes you think it's an old "natural" hiking trail. You can either chose to take the Fleckalmbahn to get up the hill, but it will be closed throught 2019, because it will be completely rebuilt. So it's a good opportunity to ride up the hill. There are several possible uphill routes, either directly from the bottom of the Trail llor also via the Spertental from the "back side" of the mountain.
