David M. Van Slyke emphasized the importance of global collaboration to address shared challenges in public administration. He highlighted how AI is being used in the U.S. to improve recruitment and workforce development, and stressed the need for integrated HR systems to strengthen performance, accountability, and knowledge sharing across government institutions.
