ICAN wheels came highly requested for a review. To put this into context, this is not a premium wheelset. It is firmly a budget wheelset but it is not poorly made - the main cost compromise has been in the hub which whilst working has quite slender bearings. The wheels are quite fast, the aero performance was good, helped by a good transition between the rim and the tire. These wheels are extremely popular and that is without doubt due to their price. If you are in the market for cheap wheels that are locally supplied then this represents a good choice.
