Deise Og Development - U10 Hurling Skills Challenges

READY PLAYER ONE! Can you pass the Déise Óg U10 Hurling Skills Test? In this video, future stars Cathal, Rob and Rory demonstrate some hurling skills challenges for young players to practice. These skills are designed for U10 players but any age group can try them. There are five skills in total and we have hints and tips in the videos to help our young players along. All that is needed to do these skills is a wall, some sliotars, some cones and some space! PARENTS - Please be sure to help and encourage your young players along as they practice these skills (and enjoy the soundtrack from your youth!).
