On this fishing trip, I departed from the Sunda Kelapa Aquarium Flats and headed for the Karawang Rig, a favorite spot for targeting trevally and mackerel. I left at 10:00 PM and arrived at the spot around 2:06 AM. I immediately anchored and began casting. The morning was my best time! I cast using a micro jig and was immediately struck by trevally and mackerel, which were very active in this spot! I also caught other fish like tuna, jenaha, and a few barracuda, but the main focus remained on the trevally and mackerel, which were really on fire! The sea conditions were calm and the breeze was cool, making it very comfortable for casting from night to morning.
