GPT-4o vision detects PPE (hard hat, hi-vis vest) and visible fatigue cues 4. Zone rules engine checks compliance against Ontario Regulation 854 — per zone, not one global ruleset 5. NVIDIA Nemotron reasons over the evidence and outputs a plain-language prioritized supervisor action 6. Full scan stored in SQLite audit log — traceable for supervisors and regulators The product isn't the bounding box.
