Ho conosciuto per caso Andrea Laszlo durante una serata mentre navigavo per il web proprio con questo brano che mi ha suscitato grande curiosità per le sue sonorità. Ho provato una forte connessione con la musica italiana degli anni 50 e 60. Questo lo si evince da due caratteristiche principali: 1. le scelte ritmiche 2. il lavoro di mix ed equalizzazione fatto sulla voce, che richiama moltissimo quegli anni. Ne esce fuori un suono veramente interessante e caratteristico che si trova in molteplici dei suoi lavori. Ad oggi, Andrea Laszlo De Simone è uno degli artisti di riferimento (e menomale) del panorama indipendente italiano. Consiglio di recuperare il suo album di debutto del 2017 e il suo singolo del 2021 "Vivo", dove si trovano ancora più energicamente gli elementi sopra citati. I first discovered Andrea Laszlo by chance one evening while browsing the web, and this song caught my attention with its unique sound. I immediately felt a strong connection to the Italian music of the '50s and '60s. You can hear this influence in two key aspects: The rhythmic choices: 1. The mixing 2. The vocal equalization, which strongly resemble that era. The result is a truly interesting and distinctive sound, which is present in many of his works. Today, Andrea Laszlo De Simone is (thankfully) one of the most important artists in the Italian independent music scene. I highly recommend checking out his 2017 debut album and his 2021 single "Vivo", where these elements come through even more powerfully.
