Light Before Me | Old Church Slavonic & Latin Sacred Choir | Vox Sacra

“Light Before Me” is an original sacred choral meditation inspired by the spiritual themes of light, hope and trust found throughout the Book of Psalms. The composition is performed in Old Church Slavonic and Ecclesiastical Latin by a unified virtual choir. It is not a canonical liturgical chant and is not intended to replace church worship. No musical instruments are used. The sound is built from human voices, a sustained choral drone, natural cathedral resonance, sacred silence and isolated monastery bells.
