With over 10,000 Instagram followers, Fruit Parlor Earth is the place to go in Aomori for truly delicious parfaits made with lavish seasonal fruits. Of all the December seasonal parfaits, this strawberry tree parfait particularly caught my eye. It's filled with 15 large, sweet strawberries! This is...a must-try dish. The strawberries themselves are incredibly sweet and rich with little acidity, so they stand up perfectly to the cream and ice cream. Each piece is carefully handmade, so the more you eat, the more you discover new delights. Although it costs over 3,000 yen, it honestly feels so cheap after you've finished it. The quality and quantity of the strawberries... makes you worry they might be in the red.
