Bad track in Cleveland Eastside Norfolk Southern rocking on the Silverplate Branch NS 5812

NS 5812 on Norfolk Southern leads local C46 on the Silverplate branch in Cleveland Ohio. This a former Pennsylvania Railroad branch that had over 20 customers within a mile back in the 1920's. It connected to the PRR mainline at the west end and the NYC at the east end. A 1927 property map shows a 4 stall roundhouse at the west end. I've heard that only the steam engines allowed on here were 0-6-0's and such. Only one customer remains, Cleveland Industrial Warehouse which handles metal products.
