Today we're gonna take a look at something often challenging for many bassists, i.e. how to hold the instrument in the most functional and healthy way. The double bass is a physically demanding instrument, which needs to be approached consciously, in order to avoid unpleasant tensions, pain, and eventually damage our health doing it (and trust me, I've had enough back pain to know what I'm saying).
