Full RapidAir Maxline & 60 Gal Compressor Setup For The Shop!

For years, Ive used a Harbor Freight 21 gallon air compressor and its always met my needs. However, its recently been having some issues, and due to the fact that I have some upcoming projects that need a bit more CFM that that compressor can put out, I decided to upgrade. I kept and eye on facebook marketplace for a while and eventually found a fantastic deal on a lightly used Sanborn 60 gallon upright compressor. In this video we permanently install the new compressor and connect it up to a whole-shop compressed air plumbing setup. 00:00 - Intro 00:25 - Little Bit Of Background 02:47 - Choosing Compressor's New Location 06:30 - Running Electric 11:19 - Plumbing The Compressor 15:44 - Explaining The Kit 19:52 - Tip On Straightening The Pipe 21:54 - How To Connect The Compression Fittings 25:09 - Routing All The Lines 36:18 - Lines Finished 38:10 - Building The Enclosure 42:48 - Notes On Ventilation Fan 46:07 - All Finished! 48:39 - Outro
