Customer called in, stating airflow issues as source of problem. Complaint was exhaust hood not moving enough air. When arriving on site, found motor intermittently running. Diagnosed mechanical failure. Was dispatched out a few days later to perform low voltage diagnostics with CaptiveAire Tech Support, who wanted me to check PWM input signal.
