You Don’t See This Side of Ashram Life

This is a real day in my life at the Isha Yoga Center, from my room, to seva, to going behind the scenes of filming around the ashram. I’ve been living here for over 12 years, and today I’m taking you with me through what a normal day can look like. From getting ready in the morning, to working in the offerings department, to capturing moments and interacting with people around the space — this is a glimpse into the day-to-day life here. Living in a space with such dedicated and loving people, and having the opportunity to be around a living guru, is something I don’t take for granted.
