Homeless Man Is Working Full Time While Living in a Homeless Shelter.

Eric lives in a homeless shelter in Traverse City, Michigan. He also works full time as a cook in a local restaurant. Over the winter, Eric stayed in the emergency shelter. He talks about the challenges homeless people with jobs face while living in a homeless shelter. Most shelters are not set up for second or third shift workers. The leading cause of homelessness is the lack of affordable housing.
