Blackmagic ATEM Mini Extreme ISO G2: A Remote IP Source Switching Powerhouse Hidden Beneath HDMI

A demo showing Dante, NDI, the free Blackmagic Camera App for iPhone, MADI, Thunderbolt, and more all powering the inputs of the ATEM Mini Extreme ISO G2, and a brief guide for setting up your iPhone as a remote switcher source. Warning: this video was spur-of-the-moment, so it's not very polished. And accidentally had stabilization turned off on the Pixel 10a I was filming with, so it's a little shaky. Finally, though this was shot in a studio to demonstrate things like latency and stream stability over the public Internet in front of a multiview screen for the switcher, the remote camera feature is best suited for REMOTE shoots, as the 1-2 seconds of latency produced would make it impractical in a studio environment if mixing with other physical baseband connections. Proper cases would be journalists doing a news story from the field back to a host in the studio, where the latency is similar to the classic "satellite delay" broadcasters are used to; or a show like a sporting event made up of all remote cameras where video and audio is synced onsite or in-camera and sent back to the switcher; or a show in multiple locations around the world that are are chatting with each other over the public Internet, and the latency is built in to the production; or a call-in show where, again, the delay is built into the workflow like a typical satellite delay handled by the host. What other scenarios can you think of?! PS There is now a way to stream non-Blackmagic RTMP / SRT streams into the switcher! These can be from drones, Osmo Pockets, OBS, or any video source that can be converted into an SRT stream. (This is how I got NDI into the cameras for the demo.)
