Il partigiano Gin: "Quanto dolore quando seppi che mia madre era stata fucilata"

Sergio Leti, born in 1925, recounts his Resistance in Liguria. He remembers his mother, Clelia Corradini, a gold medalist like him, executed by a lieutenant of the Black Brigades. "I wanted revenge; I remember the affection of my comrades. And then April 25th, when everyone was celebrating, was a day of mourning for me. I returned home and my grandparents were crying."
