Preparation method: Remove the mushroom stems. Sauté the chopped onion in oil, add the chopped bacon and the chopped mushroom stems. Add salt and pepper. Stuff each mushroom and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees. Remove the tray from the oven and sprinkle grated cheese over the mushrooms. Return the tray to the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
