I don’t know who came up with this tradition, but every time you eat at a taverna, you get a little gift at the end. Tonight it was fresh watermelon, and Robert’s loving it. On our walk, a teenager — maybe thirteen — came up and asked if he could pet Kobe. And you know, those little moments, meeting new people, they recharge me with so much energy.
