The Duck Lake Fighting Sturgeon ended last season by getting pumped 8-0 in the championship game. Desperate for a new voice, the team's goalie recruited comedian ‪@IanBagg‬ to hold the room accountable. While his methods were unorthodox and his motivational speeches left everyone thoroughly confused, one thing became clear: It's not about understanding the message. It's about believing the message understands you. Somehow, it worked. The Fighting Sturgeon opened the new season with a 9-3 victory.
