After 647 days without heating, this week marks one of the biggest milestones in our entire renovation journey at Duncombe House. In this episode, we trace the long road that led us here, from ripping out the original heating system, uncovering details of the house’s 1937 installation, navigating all manner of setbacks and surprises, to finally installing a brand new boiler and more importantly, switching the badger on for the very first time. Expect laughter, expecting dancing and expect the odd tear to boot!
