Venezuelan criminalist Iván Simonovis asserted on NTN24's morning program that "the Cartel of the Suns has several hidden caches" in La Guaira, Venezuela, where investigations by journalist Carlos Salazar suggest that Diosdado Cabello has millions of dollars and drugs hidden under the rubble following the earthquakes.
